Welcome to Urban Crafts! By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Urban Crafts, a trade name of MS Lifestyle Trading CC (Registration Number: 2011/048933/23).

  • “You” or “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using our website or purchasing our goods/services.

2. Scope of Services

Urban Crafts provides:

  • Online sales of made-to-order furniture.

  • Carpentry services and consultation on carpentry projects.

  • Guidance on material selection, quotes, and connecting customers with local suppliers or skilled carpenters.

3. Products

  • All products are crafted from quality materials, as described on individual product listings.

  • As all furniture is made-to-order, variations in finishes may occur. We encourage customers to refer to colour cards in product galleries for accurate reference.

  • Please note: Products are crafted only after receiving your order.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Accepted payment methods include EFT, debit/credit cards, and conditional cash-on-delivery.

  • Payments are processed securely through PayFast.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.

  • Estimated production + delivery time: 8–12 working days.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 General Policy

  • Since all items are made-to-order, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once production has begun, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If your product arrives with a defect or error:

    • Contact us at hello@urbancrafts.co.za within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Attach photos and a description of the issue.

    • We will assess and resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.

6.3 Return Process (if applicable)

  • If a return is accepted:

    • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 working days.

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party carpenters or material suppliers we may refer you to.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation of products.

  • You may not use this website for unlawful or harmful activities.

  • All content, images, and designs are the property of Urban Crafts and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy and Cookies
